Reverend Ziegler has been an ordained Unitarian Universalist minister since the mid 1990′s. She has a Master of Divinity from Meadville Lombard School of Theology and the University of Chicago Divinity School with an emphasis on ecological theology and the role of democracy in religion. She has ministered to congregations in Illinois, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, been a settled minister in Boulder, CO, interim in Florida, and most recently interim minister in Bozeman, Montana. She was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her husband since 1977, Daniel Everett Ziegler, works in Port Washington, WI as a Registered Sanitarian in the County Health Department. They share an abiding concern for the environment and nonhuman species, love going on wilderness trips together and have a deep love for the three marvelous felines that reside with them.
