Change is a permanent reality. We can all agree. Each day, a new challenge and a new change comes our way. But, every day, we can make a choice on how to cope with this constancy and all of its stressors. So, let’s discuss a great solution to the challenges and all this “crazy” change. Let’s choose to LOVE OUR WAY THROUGH IT. Let’s choose the opportunity to be love! To create love and to share love! Positive, optimistic, welcoming love. It is this attitude that is a main ingredient for embracing the challenges, the changes and welcoming everything that comes new to us.

James Whitton is a recent PCUUC member, married and has two adult children. Healthcare has been his family's field of choice; both his wife, daughter, son and daughter in-law are all nurses and Jim is a health care administrator. He is a retired USAF Medical Service Corps Officer after 25 years of service and is now serving as Chief, Defense Health Agency, at Great Lakes. His team provides health care support to service members remotely located from military hospitals. Jim feels his purpose in life is to be in service to others in whatever form that may take.
