About the event
Being overweight can be a hard hill to be on. In this reflection Tamara will talk about beauty standards, fat-phobia, and navigating a society that frowns on extra curves.
Tamara is a long time member of PCUUC, sings in the choir, leads services, and helps in RE when she can. She has two boys: Zach and Aiden and lives with her partner Kent and cats Millie and Busch in Round Lake Park.
