Sunday service with Guest Speaker Tricia Alexander

Our ability to simply change or expand our perspective can open intuitive wisdom, clarity & peace in us & our innate ability to do this can often be found in the breath. During this short talk, Tricia will share some specific healing arts breathing techniques.

Tricia Alexander is an award-winning Performing and Healing Artist, a ULC Minister, Spiritual Mentor, Reiki Master Teacher (Usui lineage) and BodyTalk Practitioner. Joy-filled, uplifting and inspiring are just some of the words used to describe her musical and spiritual gatherings. With a focus on Wellness Care, she brings the healing energy of Reiki and her knowledge of the Healing Arts to all her concerts, workshops and spirit gatherings. Her Reiki-filled CDs have all been created to encourage her listeners to rest in (and sing along with) songs that raise the energy of Gratitude, Joy, Love and Unity.
