All around us are little things we can pay attention to that have the ability to relieve at least some of the anxiety pounding down on us daily.
PennySue McKenzie (she/her) has been a member of PCUUC since 2009. She lives in Lindenhurst with her husband, Kent and her daughter, Tempest. Her son, Quinn, is fighting the good fight as a high school teacher in Florida. Oh, and let's not forget the true heads of the household Hexe and Pixie, salty snack loving cats.
