Every person - and every period of history - has undergone uncertain, stressful times...locally and globally.  How we cope with these periods can result in creativity and opportunity rather than always a threat.

Sue Schreiber-DeVillez grew up in Grayslake and Chicago in her primary years. She returned home to Grayslake after fifty years as a college teacher and clinical social worker. She now volunteers part time with Mano-a-Mano teaching citizenship and resilience, mostly to Hispanics.  At home she shares space with revolving students, family, friends and fur babies
