The Process of Creation can be fun with the right mindset and co-creators. Sean has recently found enjoyment in exercising his creativity to help himself and others enjoy the present moment. Releasing judgement and listening to your deeper intuition can lead to beautiful moments where you and others can enjoy the beauty and experience of being alive. Sean invites you to explore perspectives that can help you understand your power to create and allow others to enjoy your creations.

Sean Smetana (he/him) has been a member of PCUUC for 8 years. He has three lovely children, Harper, Hayden, and Harlow. Sean has found a passion in exploring spirituality that incorporates mindfulness, presence, and extending love to all of existence.
