Each of us moves through life viewing the world around us in a particular way based on a set of beliefs we’ve developed and assumptions we’ve accepted. In addition to our individual worldview, we are immersed in a collective or societal worldview. This programming becomes an overlay on everything we experience which, of course, means it has tremendous power over our quality of life, our level of peace, happiness, etc. The more aware we become of our mostly unconscious beliefs and ways of viewing the world the more agency we have over personal experiences and our ability to shape society.

Rev. Cylvia Hayes is an environmental, poverty-prevention, and spiritual development activist. She speaks, writes, and teaches on these topics to heal separation consciousness and promote an ecological mindset for the benefit of all creation. She is the Spiritual Leader at Unity Spiritual Community Central Oregon and founded The ReThink ministry. Cylvia holds an Advanced Metaphysics certification from the Unity Urban Ministerial School and is the author of "When Life Blows Up: A Guide to Peace, Power and Reinvention." Additionally, she publishes TRANSCEND, which advocates for raised consciousness, economic system change, and a better world for all beings.
